5+ years of experience in music festival production Advanced technical knowledge of festival production, with an emphasis on site production elements Ability to solve logistical and technical problems Ability to effectively supervise and manage groups of staff Ability to create and maintain large-scale event budgets Proficient technical skills in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint, Google Docs/Sheets, Airtable, Asana, Adobe PDF Editor, Dropbox Basic understanding of AutoCAD preferred Extensive resolution management experience Must be motivated with an "Everything is possible" attitude Have great written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail Must be an active problem solver, instilled with a sense of urgency for projects large and small Heavy Equipment (Fork Lift/Aerial Lift) certification Must be able to travel (economy) for work for long periods of time (i.e. several weeks at a time) Knowledge of dance music and Insomniac's brands.
