Apply today!</p><p style="text-align:inherit"/><p style="text-align:inherit"/><h2><b>Position Overview:</b></h2><p>The Assistant Technical Designer is responsible for the garment technical development process from style adoption to production in a for 1-2 categories.</p><h2>Performance requirements</h2><p/><p>Lead fit sessions, analyze fit and accurately communicate corrections of assigned product areas, with support of manager.</p><p/><p>Collaborate with Vendor Tech Designers in virtual fitting environment. <p>Jimmy John's Assistant Managers help oversee in-store operations alongside the General Manager. The Assistant Manager plays a major role in ensuring the store is in exceptional order and that all employees are performing duties properly and efficiently.  Assistant Managers must lead by example and execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity. Assign work to inshoppers and delivery drivers.</li><li>Assist in providing on-the-job training for new employees. </li><li>Supervise food preparation and service operations while on duty. Assist in-shoppers during rush periods to ensure the maintenance of restaurant efficiency.</li><li>Assist in-shoppers in greeting customers, taking orders, using the cash register, assembling order and checking for completeness and correctness.</li><li>Ensure that every customer receives world-class customer service.</li><li>Route deliveries and serve drivers to maximize delivery business and speed.</li><li>Complete daily food preparation (opening procedures, meat and vegetable slicing, bread production).</li><li>Complete Closing Procedures.</li><li>Execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity and completeness.</li><li>Complete daily paperwork.</li><li>Responsible for 100% of the cash drawers at all times during the shift.</li><li>Receive and store product.</li><li>Maintain professional appearance at all times in compliance with the Jimmy John’s Dress Code.</li><li>Display a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments.</li><li>Perform other related duties as required. </li></ul><p>We slice our all-natural* meats and fresh veggies in-house every day.
