p>Responsibilities: - Own the roadmap for your product area, balancing customer needs (Fortune 500 security teams),business priorities, and technical investment⢠Define and communicate a clear product vision grounded in customer research, competitiveintelligence, and Cobalts mission⢠Make prioritization decisions and clearly communicate tradeoffs to engineering leads andexecutive stakeholders⢠Conduct customer interviews, GSOC ride-alongs, and data analysis to deeply understandoperator workflows and pain points⢠Partner with Design to prototype and test AI-human interaction patterns⢠Write detailed product specs with clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, andsuccess metrics⢠Work daily with Engineering and Design through sprint planning, standups, and review cycles⢠Ship iteratively - define MVPs, instrument outcomes, and adjust based on production data andcustomer feedback⢠Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing on launches, enablement materials, andcompetitive positioning⢠Present product updates, strategy, and AI capability roadmaps to executive leadership andenterprise customers⢠Champion Cobalts "human-verified AI" approach - ensure every deployed AI workflow includeshuman-in-the-loop gates, audit trails, and explainability⢠Partner with Engineering and Legal to ensure AI-driven features maintain transparency andcompliance.
Qualifications:⢠5+ years of product management experience, with a track record of shipping AI-powered or B2BSaaS products⢠Proven ability to translate complex AI capabilities into clear user value propositions that non-technical stakeholders can evaluate⢠Strong analytical skills - comfortable with SQL, product analytics tools, and data-informeddecision making⢠Excellent written and verbal communication - can write a tight spec and present a compellingroadmap⢠Experience in high-stakes industries (security, fintech, healthcare, defense) where trust andreliability are non-negotiable⢠Experience working closely with engineering teams in an agile, cross-functional environment.
