Lead and support regulatory and product delivery activities across Specialty Product lines, including: Managing form and rate filings, partnering with actuarial, underwriting, compliance, and legal teams to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely approvals, maintaining knowledge of regulatory requirements, ensuring product design and updates remain compliant, coordinating regulatory submissions, objections, and approvals to minimize impacts to timelines, supporting end-to-end product delivery, including backlog management, go-to-market coordination, and operational readiness and collaborating cross-functionally (engineering, operations, network, sales, marketing) to improve data quality, workflows, and member experience. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Serve as a representative building relationships with other departments to collaboratively propose and partner on product development and implementation to introduce new product components or enhance existing products or product lines.
