What You Will Do: The overall planning, execution, and delivery of critical Infrastructure programs supporting both factory build out and enterprise needs will include: ā¢ Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives ā¢ Communicate effectively at all levels, bridging technical discussions between manufacturing, engineers, SMEs, and senior leadership ā¢ Define the program charter, roles, tasks, milestones, budgets, and measures of success for each initiative ā¢ Develop estimates and detailed plans to manage the end-to-end program execution, ensuring alignment with production schedules and deployment windows ā¢ Ensure manufacturing and business requirements are captured accurately and completely ā¢ Facilitate cross-functional sessions for planning, alignment, and design across disparate teams (e.g., ME Engineers, Network Engineers, SRE DevOps, Facilities Designers, and LV AEOR Designers).
