The individual in this position should be able to lead and support various engineering programs - New Product Introduction, Sustaining Engineering, Value Engineering, Product troubleshooting, Product enhancements for multiple Distribution Switching products like Reclosers (Single-Phase and Three-Phase), Sectionalizers, Capacitor Banks, Padmount Switchgear, Sensors etc.
