Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 5+ years of industry experience in new product introduction (NPI), engineering design, manufacturing engineering, and/or test engineering • Knowledge of PCB and PCBA manufacturing processes, procedures, and best practices • Understanding of electronic circuits, including: analog, RF, and digital circuitry • Experience working across full product life cycle from prototype and mass production to end of life • Experience with hardware bill of materials (BOMs), process documentation, and assembly and test processes • US Citizenship Required - ITAR Site. • Lead new product introduction (NPI) process, supporting design teams from concept development through the release to production (RTP) • Provide daily technical support to the manufacturing line to troubleshoot product issues • Apply design for x (DFX) principles in support of new product development, and sustainment of released products • Perform failure analysis to identify root cause and drive improvements through sustaining engineering • Support products through the full product lifecycle, including requirements definition, design, development, test, and sustainment.
