At least three (3) years of full-time equivalent work experience in an animal shelter program in areas such as behavior programming, shelter care and housing, intake and diversion, rescue or foster programs, or other public education programming related to humane animal care and sheltering AND a Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field such as Animal Behavior, Animal Sciences, Animal Education, Shelter Management, or similar fields.
