The individual will navigate existing documentation to guide their work, proactively identify gaps or unclear scenarios, and recommend next steps to strengthen documentation, controls, and processes. This Principal Associate position will play a critical role in our organizational management practices and governance, managing several processes related to the Non-Associate Labor, Global Workplace Solutions and Risk Management activities for the Audit department, as well as other team driven tasks as needed to support the Audit organization and Chief Audit Officer. Responsibilities:Lead research and root cause analysis on control output to inform remediation and recommend targeted control or process enhancements. Flag and escalate unclear scenarios or documentation gaps, proposing next steps when guidance is needed.
