The primary responsibility of this position is to supervise a group of employees engaged in Consumer Mortgage Servicing, may include but not limited to escrow administration, loan transaction processing, loan maintenance, investor reporting, new loan boarding and customer statements and notices. Responsibilities: Plan, assign and evaluate the work of staff, provide guidance and coaching, establish individual goals and objectives, monitor volume, workflow, and quality, manage performance to include conducting performance appraisals, partner with Human Resources to resolve employment related issues.
