This U.S.-based role owns the full recruiting lifecycle from junior through executive-level hiring, serves as the single point of accountability for the applicant tracking system (ATS) and core recruiting technology stack, and leads international recruiting efforts, including direct oversight of the U.S. and International talent acquisition teams.
