RESPONSIBILITIES: Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Retail customers by building and managing a one-to-many strategy to own the interface from contract signature onwards, including onboarding, ongoing account management, and long-term retention/growth of the relationship and revenue. The Starlink Enterprise Account Management team serves as the point of contact for Starlink's growing base of enterprise customers from contract signature through successful activation, ensuring all contract terms are fulfilled.

This position also is responsible for working with key business and operational stakeholders within Swedish, as well as their peers within their specific Supply Chain Region; participating in, leading, and partnering with others on OSCM Operations and Logistics strategic integration efforts and programs; executing strategic plans around OSCM Operations and Logistics initiatives; ensuring a compliant, effective, and streamlined operational OSCM experience at Swedish; and leading efforts for system and region contract implementation, conversion and compliance efforts. It is comprised of eight hospital campuses (Ballard, Edmonds, Everett, Centralia, Cherry Hill (Seattle), First Hill (Seattle), Issaquah and Olympia); emergency rooms and specialty centers in Redmond (East King County) and the Mill Creek area in Everett; and Providence Swedish Medical Group, a network of 190+ primary care and specialty care locations throughout the Puget Sound.

<p>On any given day, we care for more than 1,200 people in our long-term care settings, more than 4,000 in our hospitals and more than 15,000 in our clinic settings. Daily, we serve more than 7,000 people in our many home health and palliative care programs and almost 800 in supportive housing. We touch more than five times as many lives in non-acute settings as we do in the traditional hospital setting.</p>
