not going to be using power tools, but being familiar, get a valve, pick it up, carry it to a table, put it in a clamp, will use an o ring pick, (like an ice pick) going to stab the o ring, rip it/take it off, lift it up out of the valve, concern is they will lift it miss it and stab their hand, disassemble the o ring, reassemble it, grease it, place it in a groove.
