li>Participate in, contribute to, and lead initiatives related to creating the brand new Project Leadership Office (PLO) at InSinkErator (ISE) and all the Elements of the Implementation Plan, including but not limited to: Change management, education, and training in work management architectures, Customization of tools, techniques, and templates of the Whirlpool Product Development process and the InSinkErator New Product Development process, and identifying, vetting, selecting, and embedding a centralized project management tool for use at ISE.
