A bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business, Leadership, or closely related area and three years of prior business and/or healthcare management, organizational leadership, or project management experience are required OR a master's degree and one year of the same experience are required.
In this role, you will own end-to-end delivery of projects across the SaaS Operations portfolio, partnering with CloudOps, Platform Engineering, Solution Architecture, SRE and Service Management teams to drive execution, manage risk, and ensure stakeholder alignment from intake through closure. Partner with CloudOps, Infrastructure, SRE, Solution Architecture, Security and Service Management leads to drive execution, surface blockers, and maintain delivery momentum.
Oversees the creation of detailed work breakdown and project plans, provides project management oversight to ensure the plan is maintained and progress is tracked, develops and reports appropriate metrics such that plan progress can be tracked by management, identifies deviations from the plan and recommends remedial actions.
