What You'll do Focus on business development of Hilti software & services in a defined geographic area among current and prospective customers Analyze sales results, review customer fact base, identify key trades and customer potential to develop tactical sales strategy Collaborate with sales leadership team Building the competence for solution selling in collaboration with the sales leadership team Coordinate efforts of entire team of Account Managers, Regional Managers, Division Managers, and marketing team members with a goal of improving market reach of Hilti software & services Steer pipeline management in sales process in collaboration with the sales team and support the execution of process from lead generation to contract closing With a Consultative approach, will conduct onsite analysis for ON!Track and coordinate Tool Park Analysis, including developing customer-specific optimized solutions What You'll Bring Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, required Minimum of three (3) years consultative selling in the construction industry, required Training experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment: Marketing, Sales, and other corporate team members Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills required Strong knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office applications High level of entrepreneurship and presentation skills Willingness to travel up to 15% - 20% What's In It for You We are committed to caring for our people, which is why our retention has been over 90% for the last five years.
