Candidate will be required to work closely with stakeholders, clients, and project teams, interact with vendors, subcontractors, and ensure all project requirements are being monitored and met in accordance with cost and schedule baselines and technology transitions are properly planned and executed. Candidate must have be proficient at client communication, developing project scopes, work breakdown structures, technical solutions, task execution plans, statements of work, resource allocation plans, baseline budgets, schedules, and managing risk.
