Record any policy updates or changes on customer accounts by tracking them in our book of business and communicating with clients to explain any updates to their coverage. Answer clients completely on policy or billing questions including explanations about their coverage or rate adjustments to ensure total understanding.

This contract Project Manager, Facilities role supports the Facilities Manager and facilities team in Atlanta, GA (onsite, 40 hours/week) by leading day-to-day project management for commercial office/building initiatives, including defining scope and deliverables, building and managing schedules, facilitating stakeholder updates, removing roadblocks, mitigating risk, tracking resources, and managing budgets/forecasts and change orders. The ideal candidate brings 3–5+ years of project management experience in a commercial office/building management or facilities environment, holds an active PMP, and can help the team formalize and apply consistent project management best practices.
You will champion a culture of safety across the facility by working closely with employees and leadership, identifying and mitigating risks, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring all team members are trained and equipped to maintain a safe and compliant workplace-making a meaningful difference in the day-to-day experience of employees.
