You will oversee a core team of more than 12 members - including project managers, superintendents, geologists, permitting specialists, and other technical professionals – and will manage the selection and performance of multiple contractors and consultants. In this role, you will provide decisive leadership, clear communication, and strong coordination across all project workstreams while working closely with Jerritt Canyon site leadership.
