Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, or a related field; 5-7+ years of experience in fundraising, grant management, restricted fund accounting, gift administration, or a related role; Strong understanding of fundraising and donor cultivation; Experience in higher education, healthcare, or nonprofit organizations with complex gift portfolios; Strong understanding of donor restrictions, fund accounting, and financial reporting principles; Demonstrated ability to interpret complex legal or donor agreements and translate them into operational requirements; High level of attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial audiences; Experience within international development sector preferred; Experience serving cross-cultural audiences preferred; Donor intent and compliance stewardship; Financial and regulatory reporting; and . Serve as a liaison between Relationship Owners and key regional, Global Finance and program staff in confirming alignment with program plans and budgets and in completing timely documentation of key information needed for the go/no go decision-making process.
