FULL DESCRIPTION:We are seeking a New Process Development (NPD) Engineer to lead the development of manufacturing and assembly processes for Low Earth Orbit (LEO) electronic fuse components. In this role, you're responsible for the duties listed below.
Immediate opening for a New Process Development (NPD) Engineer in San Diego, CA who possesses:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Science, or a closely related field.
FULL DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a New Process Introduction (NPI) Engineer with experience in electronic components and safety-critical devices to lead manufacturing process introduction for Low Earth Orbit (LEO) fuse products. This role is focused on process — not product R&D — ensuring that LEO fuse manufacturing processes are defined, validated, documented, and transitioned to production in a flight-ready, repeatable manner.
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Lead New Process Introduction (NPI) activities for LEO fuse electronic components from process freeze through first article inspection (FAI) and production readiness review (PRR).
