p>Minimum Qualifications: Experience: 4+ years relevant work experience Knowledge: Knows and applies advanced concepts, practices and procedures of assigned product or program; Familiar with a variety of the fields concepts, practices, and procedures, experience with using Agile or Oracle (or similar) Skills/Abilities: Demonstrated ability to plan and accomplish goals based on experience and judgment; Strong Statistics / Analysis / Problem Solving skills; Self-motivated / Ability to prioritize / Strong time management skills; Ability to effectively communicate with various levels of the organization; Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal staff and outside professionals; Ability to analyze and document analysis of materials and parts (i.e. fluid, corrosion, fungal and flame resistance) Education/Certification: BA or BS degree in engineering discipline, i.e. Material, Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical Eligibility Requirement: This position may require access to Controlled Data or Information.
