- Provide technical support to the NSL Operation, including conceptualization of capital projects, troubleshooting, training, management and/or providing support of process changes (MOC) and implementation of the specified solutions.
The ideal candidate will have 5ā7+ years of experience in medical device manufacturing engineering and bring a strong balance of technical capability, collaboration, mentorship, and hands-on problem solving. This individual will partner closely with senior engineering leadership while helping guide and mentor junior engineers on the team.
This role is highly visible and business-critical as the team continues to ramp up production and engineering support activities.
