Must have the following experience: Large-scale manufacturing of bioproducts within a biorefinery campus setup, comprising core process steps such as raw materials storage and preparation, sterile fermentation, downstream processing, product storage and unloading, utilities and waste management; Batch bioprocesses scale-up from lab to commercial scale; Introducing new product specifications and/or products in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including feasibility studies and management of change; Introducing new raw materials and/or suppliers to an existing process in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including feasibility studies and management of change; Executing energy efficiency and carbon footprint reduction projects, including familiarity with energy management systems such as ISO 50001; Project responsible for capital cross-functional collaboration projects; Utilizing data historians and trending software; Driving continuous improvement using structured tools based on Lean Six Sigma methodologies, such as Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE); Compliance with ESHQ, OSHA, FAMI-QS, and ISO regulations while fostering best practices; and Communicating at different levels within an organization. Generate ideas, perform small projects, and transfer to production with focus on efficiency optimization, debottlenecking, improvements, and cost efficiency.
