The Senior Procurement Process Analyst will assist with supplier relationship management, sourcing events, request for proposal (RFP) administration, contract and supplier onboarding processes, procure-to-pay (P2P) workflows, and procurement governance initiatives. The Senior Procurement Process Analyst is responsible for documenting, evaluating, improving, and scaling procurement and supply chain processes across the organization. Must be a self starter, detail oriented, able to support multiple projects and/or Logistics business functions, possesses excellent communication skills, works well with a team, interacts with multiple levels and functions with the Logistics organization, and able to manage vendor/business relationships. 10% Performs data management through a combination of data mining, data modeling, data analysis, cost/benefit analysis and/or problem analysis; while executing day to day processes related to area of responsibility. You will help migrate manual and legacy processes into more structured systems, document requirements and user stories, support enhancements and testing, and bring clearer process structure to an area where data flow, controls and operational consistency matter. Practical exposure to Agile ways of working, Jira/Jira Product Discovery, user stories, acceptance criteria or similar delivery tools. li>Hands-on experience with SAP ECC 6.0 and or S/4HANA Financials including Product Costing, General Ledger, Asset Accounting & Asset Under Construction, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Bank integrations, Payments, Taxes, Month end processes with SAP group consolidation & SAC, and multi-companies & currencies.
