p>Required: • Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field • 2-4 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role • Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business and functional requirements • Experience supporting enterprise applications, ERP, CRM, HRIS, Financial, or operational systems • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
