Perform routine preventative maintenance and troubleshooting: including but not limited to greasing equipment, oiling motors, changing belts/air filters, T-stats and control systems, cleaning coils and contacts, checking gas levels, balancing air flow, and changing light bulbs. Performs daily general maintenance duties: including but not limited to cleaning, painting, drywall, stucco, grounds keeping, changing light bulbs and ballasts, moving furniture, boxes, etc., setting up for special events, building checks for security, etc.
