p>OPTION B: 1) Tracking and monitoring the progress of open claims;
2) Fact-finding as required for the processing and management of claims;
3) Auditing documentation for conformity with applicable laws, rules, and regulations;
4) Preparing reports and official documentation for cases and/or claims;
5) Providing advisory services to supervisors, managers and/or employees concerning the interpretation and application of laws relative to workers compensation.
Selective Certification - Workers Compensation Claims Management Experience:
One and one half years (1 1/2) for level III and two and one half years (2 1/2) for level IV of progressively responsible professional work experience in the area of workers compensation, which involved one or a combination of the following:
1) Investigating, monitoring, analyzing, adjusting and settling insurance claims on behalf of the employer; and/or.
