The Practice Manager at Hometown Veterinary Partners is a member of hospital team and reports directly to the Partner DVM or the President.
p>As a Manager, you will be an integral part of Kearney case teams, working closely with clients and colleagues to develop insights and deliver high-impact results. You will contribute to client work addressing challenges related to corporate strategy, performance improvement, enterprise transformation, mergers & acquisitions, and commercial strategy initiatives across the Healthcare sector.
p>We are seeking experienced consultants with expertise across Pharma R&D, particularly those with a traditional consulting background advising biopharma clients on clinical development, drug development strategy, operating models, and R&D transformation initiatives. Advise clients on topics including clinical development strategy, drug development strategy, clinical operations, regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance, clinical trial feasibility, and R&D operating models.

As a Manager, you will be an integral part of Kearney case teams, working closely with clients and colleagues to develop insights and deliver high-impact results.
Key responsibilities include staffing, managing expenses, provider credentialing, provider account management, balancing bank statements, paying vendors, inventory control, schedule management, charge submission, reporting, and troubleshooting. li>Support at a high level the operational aspects of running the practice group including drafting leadership communications, assisting the organization and planning of internal and external practice meetings and aiding with promotion, compensation and evaluation processes.
