Nature and Scope
Reporting to North America Health, Safety and Environmental Regional Manager with daily reporting to Facility Leader (Matrix organization); the Site HSE Manager leads corporate and regulatory health, safety and environmental initiatives and processes at assigned location to reduce team member injury, ensure ongoing regulatory compliance and minimize Company exposure.
The ideal candidate is highly mobile, results-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment where coaching, accountability, and customer experience are critical.
Required active property & casualty licensing; professional designation (CISR, CRIS, CIC, CPCU or equivalent) strongly preferred .
