Responsible for the following: financial performance, revenue cycle management, employee recruitment and retention, patient experience, employee and provider engagement, service recovery, quality of care, care coordination, EMR and Practice Management fluency, and working in a safe and Highly Reliable Organization (HRO) with a focus on patient, employee, and provider safety.
