The Operations Systems and Practices Technical Authority (TA2) is the most senior enterprise-wide authority for operational discipline, holding binding governance over the systems, behaviors, and integrated multi-disciplinary practices that protect INEOS O&P USA's license to operate, prevent high-potential incidents, and sustain top-quartile operational performance.
