The Hospital Manager partners with the Veterinarian to provide an efficient and profitable operation by driving revenue and managing costs while creating a hospital culture based on high-quality patient care and excellent customer service.

p>The Area Chief of Staff partners with the Practice Manager (if applicable) to drive the culture and delivery of quality care by the veterinary provider team (DVM, CVT, VA) in their assigned hospitals to ensure that every pet receives consistent care aligning with our six domains of quality (safe, effective, patient/client centered, timely, efficient and equitable care.). • Establish trust and gain the confidence and compliance of clients through effectively delivering appropriate preventive care, performing complete diagnostic workups, developing thorough treatment plans, communicating home care instructions, and planning follow-up visits.

We are expanding access to care across our communities through two acute-care hospitals, including a Level II Trauma Center and a Level III NICU maternity unit, along with a cancer center, urgent care locations, and a growing network of primary and specialty care clinics. NorthBay Health utilizes a managed service provider (MSP) for agency partnerships and is not currently engaging external recruiting firms outside of established agreements.

li>Oversees Office Operations to include clinical functions, front end functions, and ensuring the “day to day” office operations / personnel duties are completed when the Mohs manager is not on-site. The Mohs Clinical Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and overseeing the daily clinical flow of the practice and the office operations in lieu of the Practice Manager being onsite.

li>Clinical skills and procedures: Blood draws, laboratory specimen collection, medication and vaccine administration, foley catheters, wound care, removal of sutures/staples, basic hearing and vision tests, home safety evaluations, IV insertion, EKG, ABI. The Licensed Vocational Nurse is a key member of our care team, helping to extend the reach of our care delivery and ensure our patients get the right care, in the right place, by the right person, and at the right time.
