This role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of perioperative patient care, including pre-operative, intra-operative, post-anesthesia care (PACU), and sterile processing (SPD).
The Director of Nursing will serve as both a clinical leader and operational partner ensuring high-quality patient outcomes, regulatory compliance, staff engagement, and overall efficiency of the center. This role also provides direct patient care when needed and collaborates closely with physicians, staff, and leadership to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
