As a part-time Infant Educator/Service Coordinator (15-25 hours per week), you will: Function as a member of the transdisciplinary team in the RAISE Early Intervention Program, supporting families with infants and toddlers who have developmental delays, disabilities, or are at high risk for delay. Work closely with families, service coordinators, and other early intervention providers as outlined in the child's Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) to ensure services align with the family's concerns, priorities, and available resources.
