Under the direction of the Director of Operations, the Project Superintendent is directly responsible for directing, coordinating and supervising all on-site construction activities and employees in accordance with project documents, safety and scheduling from project beginning to completion. Provide a single point of contact for the Director of Operations and Project Manager for all areas of construction under their control as they relate to project compliance, budget, schedule, safety and quality.
