p>• Three to five years of healthcare sales management experience preferred • Minimum one year of management/supervisory experience required • Two or more years of experience in hospice/home care required • Meets all state-specific requirements for the Administrator role • Three years of experience in direct patient care in a clinical setting preferred • Strong understanding of hospice regulations, compliance, and Medicare conditions of participation • Proven ability to manage teams, budgets, and interdisciplinary operations • Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills • Commitment to high-quality, compassionate care for patients and families.
