p>In this role, youāll make an impact in the following ways: - Oversee all accounting activities related to payroll and other HR-related general ledger accounts, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and effective integration between payroll operations, payroll tax, HR, and corporate finance.
- Proven knowledge of payroll accounting flows, compensation accrual methodologies, payroll tax accounting, employee benefit accounting, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday Financials, etc.), and payroll platforms (Workday, ADP, SAP, etc.).
