Job Description Intention Healthcare, an Essen Health Care company, is a specialized medical group dedicated to providing accessible medical care to vulnerable and underserved patients who require care at home. Job Summary: Intention Healthcare is seeking an experienced and mission driven Medical Director to oversee and guide the Intention Provider team in delivering home-based primary care across Massachusetts. This role is responsible for medical administration, supervision, fiscal management, and the development of clinically sound, patient-centered services in collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team. Specialty programs for a wide range of conditions (cutaneous lymphoma, contact dermatitis, immunobullous diseases, hidradenitis suppurativa, rheumatology-dermatology, infectious dermatology, hair loss, transgender medicine, and cosmetic dermatology). PD receives dedicated academic time to fulfill the administrative role and is encouraged to engage in faculty development through radiological and educational societies (e.g., Association of Academic Radiology, Association of Program Directors in Radiology) and GME/ACGME-led faculty development programs. Develop educational curriculum, including but not limited to, weekly teaching schedule, introductory bootcamp for new first year residents, administer pre-call exams at the end of the first year of training. This position coordinates effective administration of SOT services as further described below and provides administrative guidance and support to site SOT staff, reporting to the Director of Sex Offense Specific Program Services.
