Job Summary: Intention Healthcare is seeking an experienced and mission driven Medical Director to oversee and guide the Intention Provider team in delivering home-based primary care across Massachusetts. This position coordinates effective administration of SOT services as further described below and provides administrative guidance and support to site SOT staff, reporting to the Director of Sex Offense Specific Program Services.
