p>Position Summary: The Associate Director of Donor Relations and Stewardship provides strategic leadership in the development and implementation of stewardship and donor engagement programs that strengthen relationships between Ithaca College and its philanthropic supporters. Reporting to the Director of Donor Relations, this role partners with Advancement leadership, frontline fundraisers, and campus stakeholders to design and execute stewardship strategies that recognize donor generosity, promote continued engagement, and support the Colleges fundraising priorities.

Working in close partnership with the Board of Directors, staff, programming partners, donors, volunteers, and community stakeholders, the Executive Director will lead the Theatre through its next phase of growth and long-term sustainability as it prepares for its second century beginning December 2028. As the leader of downtown Ithacas iconic historic performing arts venues, the Executive Director will provide visionary and collaborative leadership while overseeing all operational, financial, fundraising, marketing, and community engagement activities of the organization.
Knowledge: • In-depth understanding of reimbursement methodologies, payer policies, and regulatory requirements • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and revenue cycle management software • Skills: • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Proven leadership capabilities • Certifications: • Relevant certifications, such as Certified Revenue Cycle Professional (CRCP) or Certified Professional Coder (CPC), are a plus • Licensure is not required. • Work closely with clinical, provider, financial, and administrative teams to address reimbursement-related issues and enhance processes • Facilitate training and education for providers, directors, and managers on reimbursement processes and changes in regulations • Serve as a liaison between the organization and external payers or regulatory bodies.
