Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree in environmental science, urban planning, geology, hydrology, public policy, sustainability, natural resources management, engineering or a related degree and three years of progressively responsible decision-making roles related to water resources planning, government policy, conservation, research, or analysis work. This role upholds compliance with all water-related contracts, permits, and regulatory requirements, and serves as a subject-matter expert for the City's water resource agreements, rules, and regulations, advising senior leadership on emerging policy issues and long-term resource management.
