p>⢠Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial machinery, automation equipment, and facility systems ⢠Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life ⢠Diagnose electrical issues including motors, PLC I/O, sensors, controls, and power distribution ⢠Repair and maintain mechanical systems such as gearboxes, bearings, conveyors, pumps, and compressors ⢠Work with hydraulic and pneumatic systems including valves, cylinders, regulators, and actuators ⢠Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals ⢠Perform fabrication, and machining tasks as required ⢠Maintain accurate maintenance records using a CMMS ⢠Follow all safety policies, lockout/tagout procedures, and OSHA regulations ⢠Communicate effectively with operations, engineering, and leadership teams ⢠Respond to emergency repairs and participate in on-call or shift coverage as required. High school diploma or GED required; technical school or apprenticeship preferred Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Demonstrated experience in electrical, instrumentation, control systems, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or shifts as needed.
