This position will coordinate the daily activities of production employees, which include, but are not limited to supervision, safety, product quality, training and development of hourly employees, department workflow and manpower utilization, communication and administering company policies and procedures. Essential qualifications include proven skills in a production environment with an understanding of manufacturing practices, excellent communication skills with the ability to work well with people and to facilitate change and growth in a team environment.
