AIRPORT MAINTENANCE OPERATOR II - AVIATION City of Manchester NHAIRPORT MAINTENANCE OPERATOR II - AVIATIONManchester, NH$21.34–$30.43 / hourEXAMPLES OF ESSENTIAL WORK: Serves as a lead worker in the performance of custodial and lawn care duties; Performs varied activities in caring for lawns, plants and trees around the Airport premises; Operates heavy equipment including but not limited to street sweeper, ten-wheel dump truck, loader, backhoe, plow truck, sander and small lawn and snow removal equipment; Enforces Airport security regulations; Serves as a member of the emergency response team; Serves as a member of the Airport Building Technician work team; Monitors custodial work and equipment; Sets up rooms for meetings and conferences; Reports any incidents or accidents at the Airport; Provides guidance and demonstrations to new employees in similar positions; Keeps supervisors informed of work progress, issues, and potential solutions; Attends meetings and training to stay current on relevant practices and developments; Responds to citizen inquiries courteously and promptly; Coordinates regularly with others to enhance interdepartmental efficiency; and.
