The Program Analyst III - Community Development Specialist III is a senior level professional located within the City of Detroit Housing and Revitalization Department's Community Development Division and Neighborhood Services Division, whose work will focus on public service activities for Detroit non-profits or public facility rehabilitation for Detroit non-profits. li>Provides daily logistics interface between plant and customers;
Ensures compliance with daily and weekly delivery plan for its own portfolio of clients;
Follow-up on delayed deliveries to customers and optimize special shipments to customers;
Follow-up on logistic complaints, implement improvement actions and secure closure for logistics claims (provide 8D reports and 5Whys in customer portals). Leasing and Specialized experience requirements: Be familiar with Real Property Leasing, utilities contracts, sharing of space and other non-medical agreements (selling/sharing agreements, revokable licenses, interagency agreements), and hotel services for Veterans using procedures outlined in the FAR, VAAR, General Services Acquisition Manual (GSAM), General Services Acquisition Regulation (GSAR), public laws, and agency policy.
