The Operations Specialist leads and coordinates the property transfer process to include lifecycle management of DD1149s and, under direct supervision, assists with various Property Management Outcomes, including but not limited to Acquisition, Receipt, Records, Physical Inventory, Subcontractor Control, Reports, Relief of Stewardship, Utilization, Maintenance, and Property Closeout. Update official records to reflect Inventory, Movement, and Relief of Stewardship through shipment, transfer, loss, and disposal through objective evidence obtained from incoming and outgoing shipping documentation, authorized transfer documents (DD1149s, contract mods, etc.), excess property reports, etc.
