This leader partners closely with Medical Leadership (DVMs), Hospital Operations, Pricing, FP&A, Accounting, Procurement, Inventory Operations, and IT/Data teams to balance clinical service levels, working capital, and profitability in a high-volume, SKU-intensive environment with seasonal demand patterns and multiple Practice Information Management Systems (PIMS). Partner with Hospital Leaders and Operations to forecast, measure, and enforce inventory buying budgets at the hospital level by category/sub-class—monitoring, escalating, and recommending actions as trends shift.
