The role is highly collaborative, coordinating cross‑functional teams across enterprise sectors and Mission Systems leadership, engaging Australian government and industry stakeholders, and aligning industrial engagement, internal make/buy strategies, and strategic partnerships to grow a resilient Australian supplier base. The deputy program manager drives supplier development and competitiveness through mentorship, training, and program exposure, while developing and implementing advanced supply chain strategies that enable technology maturation, operational deployment, and business unit performance.
