You will partner with senior client leaders (CROs, CMOs, PMMs, Heads of Sales, GTM Strategy, RevOps) to design and implement data-driven commercial strategies, operating models, and scale programs that improve customer experience, internal productivity, accelerate pipeline, and drive profitable growth. This is a highly visible role where you will take ownership of end-to-end clinical supply activities for one or more study programs, working cross-functionally and with external vendors to ensure seamless execution, delivering on-time, compliant, and uninterrupted supply while proactively identifying and mitigating risks. Own end-to-end clinical supply chain activities for assigned study program(s), including full ownership of supply strategy and execution, potentially including investigator sponsored studies. Other duties may be assigned by Area Leadership or your Supply Chain Director: **Project Leadership & Execution** + Lead supply chain projects from initiation through completion, including project planning, resource allocation, timeline management, and stakeholder engagement. The ASCM works directly with Area Leadership while also collaborating with Strategic Sourcing Managers, Corporate Supply Chain Managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results to the Area and WM. li>Own the full set of inbound and fulfillment metrics: site and regional volume distributions, ship units, inbound freight, processed receipts, inbound and outbound transfers, on hand inventory, and customer and vendor returns. You will set how heavy and bulky inventory is placed and flows through the network, build the site and regional volume distributions the fulfillment strategy depends on, and mitigate constraint risks for storage, inbound, and outbound. As a Supply Chain Manager on the Long Range Planning team, you"ll build full year volume plans, partner with finance and operations teams, and drive data-driven decisions that optimize our delivery network from current quarter through year end. Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field - 5+ years of supply chain experience - 5+ years of program or project management experience - 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience - 5+ years of driving process improvements experience - Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc. The team is responsible for short-term capacity planning that ensures our facilities can handle daily volume fluctuations, inbound planning and design that optimizes how products flow into our network, forecasting that anticipates customer demand with precision, and in-stock management that keeps the right products available at the right time. Must have three years of the following skill(s): (1) working in technical, e-commerce, or media-related environment; (2) working with business owners to define key business questions and to build data sets for process improvement; (3) experience in data mining, data management, reporting, and SQL queries; (4) solving analytical problems; and (5) project or program management experience leading successful global cross-functional initiatives. Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Mathematics or a related field and five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Master’s degree and three years of experience. p>As Supply Chain Manager, you will own Vale's end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring the reliable flow of ingredients, packaging, and finished goods to support a rapidly growing business. We are a dynamic and highly cross functional team with a wealth of experience in food service, food automation, software engineering, aerospace, and consumer electronics. Inform and maintain forecasting models across multiple entities for annual and multi-year budgets, maximizing financial data from multiple systems to enable informed business decision and proactive financial risk management. Actively participate in functional team meetings and fosters a strong partnership with leadership/team members to maintain a pulse of daily and strategic business decisions, while providing financial insights and support as needed.
